A Christmas Carol: The Panto

We are so excited to be working with Putney Theatre Company on their Christmas Pantomime this year! If you would like to audition please read the information below and fill out the form.

About:

Following the success of Peter Panto, we return this Christmas with another familiar tale given a playful theatrical twist. This time, it’s a loving but irreverent take on Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol. Scrooge still meets his ghosts, the message of redemption is still there, but there are a few surprises along the way – and plenty of opportunities for audience interaction (oh yes there are).

As with last year, the production creates opportunities for local young people to be actively involved on stage, and will feature rewritten takes on well-known pop songs, adapted to fit the story and the season.

In short, it’s A Christmas Carol but, you know, panto.

What we are looking for:

For this production we are looking for Young People aged 8 – 12 year olds to play the roles of:

Tiny Tim

Cratchit children
